The sea bream is one of the most delicious of fish. Its mild, intense tasty flavour and its delicate texture means that this fish only needs to be topped with refrito (garlic fried in oil) to make this a delight for the taste buds.
At Kerren, we ensure the freshness of the fish we prepare, and we possess a traceability certificate which ensures the origin, the time when it was caught, the vessel that has caught it and the time which has elapsed since then.
